Casaglia – km 53 – Refreshment No 12

Although in a place more open by spectacular rotoni, Casaglia resembles the most classic of the Alpine and Dolomite countries: stone houses, balconies and windows of the houses softened by flowers, uphill streets and in the center, after the square with its inevitable monument to the fallen of the First World War (1915-1918) the bell tower with the pointed spire of the church of San Pietro in Vinculis, rebuilt in the early 1900s after the earthquake of June 29, 1919 above the ruins of the oldest church known as the Holy Stone in Casaglia.
