THE SECRET CHARM OF THE PASSATORE

What is the secret charm of this legendary race recognized internationally? This is definitely the "refrain" which, on time, every time I return home "after the Passatore", I place myself among the many active militants of the legendary 100 Km. Of course, the great admiration for an impeccable organization, now precise and punctual in its many details,...

PASSATORE EMOTIONS AT GO GO

Castelbolognese, April 25, 2011, 50 km of Romagna. It is the first time that I run on this distance, for me who have around 25 marathons behind me, it means "putting your nose" in the ultra world and I decided to do it to pass lightly from 42, "so much 8 Km more what you...

MY BIONIC FRIEND

Dedicated to ... my bionic friend My "bionic" friend is called Enrica Oss Emer, a well-known face in the panorama of Perginian runners. THIS IS NOT A HEROIC ENDEAVOR

My Passatore? I would say that this is not a heroic endeavor as many praise in their stories, among blogs ... I prepared this race with 1300km in 6 months of training: 3 official marathons, one 50km, many training sessions with altitude differences, in all weather conditions (every runner occasionally has to rattle off his data !!!)....

THE MOST BEAUTIFUL OF ALL!

What prompted me to write a few lines about the most beautiful and fascinating race in the world, was the chance encounter about a month ago with my current sporting myth, unknown to large audiences but now famous along the Via Faentina. In fact, during a marathon I had the opportunity and above all the luck...
