CELEBRATION OF THE VOLUNTEERS OF THE 100KM

A video presentation, a quiz and musical entertainment are planned for the evening

The traditional “Feast for members and Collaborators” of the 100KM del Passatore is booked for Saturday November 29th beginning at 7.30pm at the “I Fiori” Club of Faenza.

Promoted by the Association of the same name, the feast is intended for the more than 400 hundred volunteers and their associations who, with their enthusiastic, generous and constant contribution allow the regular running of the race and provide the necessary assistance for the participants for the entire duration of the event.

The evening is organized by the sporting group and the staff of the “Passatore”, with member/athlete Paolo Ciuffoli in the delicate role of kitchen coordinator looking after the meal. The evening’s program includes the presentation of a video prepared by the Centro Sperimentale della Cinematografia celebrating the role of the members and collaborators of the 100km del Passatore. This film was recently selected for inclusion in the 32nd “Sport Movies and TV 2014”, the moost important event of the catwegory to be held in Milan from the 3rd to the 8th. Amongst other things the progam also includes the musical show “Songs to dream by. The best songs of the 20th century” by Fabiano Naldini’s group “Interno 3”, a lucky dip for the volunteers and a quiz with prizes on the 100km del Passatore.

There will be also be speeches by Giovanni Malpezzi, Mayor of Faenza, Maria Chiara Campodoni, Faenza’s council member responsible for sport, Claudio Casadio, President of the Province of Ravenna who will be welcomed by Giordano Zinzani, President of the Association of thr “!00km” and the executive members of his committee..
